hellbob and I are going to Chicago for a weekend next month! :)We've got tickets for a live taping of This American Life on April 19th, and so we'll be going out to spend the whole weekend.
It feels so utterly decadent though. Instead of driving to Chicago we are going to fly!
Southwest airlines just started doing Mpls-Chicago flights, and so it's only $100 each round trip. It's going to cost a little bit more than gas would have, but it's going to cut out over 10 hours of travel time, allow us to get a full night's sleep on Sunday, and I won't have to miss any work to drive there or back.
And there are Nibley's in Chicago!

Date: 2009-03-10 05:35 am (UTC)For scanning, it is supposed to be $.75/frame when people bring negs in but if they are still in a long strip (or, you know, people I know) I do it at the "time of processing" price of $.20/frame.
