Last night's Serenity viewing was a good time!
gunthar, gingerpook, lucky13charm, and LJ-less Becky, Tyler, Nissa, and Kris all showed up.
We all whimpered when Wash first said "leaf on the wind"

Today I get to be a slacker. :)
Yay vacation!
Right now I'm sittin' on the comfy new couch watching These girls. I don't know if the movie is supposed to be any good or not, but it will have nekkid David Boreanaz and that's really all a person needs to know. *grin*
I've got a porketta cooking in the crock pot. Mmmmm. The house smells good!
I need to start putting some of the living room stuff back, but I'm not feeling ambitious enough yet.

I have a couch! It is big and red!
I'm going to go to the zoooooooooo now because genevra is down there with the gigglemonkey_b & the technomonkey_m!

In other news, why don't I have some kind of "yay!" icon? Must remedy that!

The living room is mostly empty.

There are the dvd & video shelves that we aren't going to move. And there is one freakin' HUGE tv. Most everything else is in the dining room.

Hom furniture called on Saturday and our new couch is ready for delivery. It will be arriving tomorrow between 9:30 and 12:30. Yay!

Except that means that I can't go to the zooooooooo with genevra, technomonkey_m, gigglemonkey_b, ladysea and the Spud. Boo! I'll be going by myself on Thursday instead probably.

We still haven't decided for sure where the previous couch and loveseat will be going. All I know for sure is that they will not live in the dining room where they currently are. Most likely they will go to the KalHouse or they will go down in the basement. frozendragon will be moving the last of her stuff out on Saturday morning and we are still undecided whether to annex the space for our own use or to find someone else to live there...
