I never did manage to finish either of the first two. At this point I have no brain power for anything, much less something as crazy as PD3.

The times refer to lines at the angle indicated by the numbers on an analog clock. So 12:00 is a vertical up, 3:00 is a horizontal right, 9:00 is a horizontal left. Draw each line in order, never lifting the pencil. Times that show up longer indicate longer lines. It will eventually spell something in vaguely cursive letters.
