All three took my breath away, but I esp. adored the first and third, what is the third plant (I am ignorant about botany, sorry), I wonder if that would grow here.

It is a Spirea, probably the Anthony Waterer Spirea variety.
From the little bit I checked it should grow just fine where you are. :)
