1. I represented my state at the International Science & Engineering Fair when I was in high school.

2. I have thrown a live hand grenade

2. I was pictured in an adoption brochure for the Children's Home Society of Minnesota.

3. I owned 1/3 of a comic book store.

All cool things, and nope I haven't done any of those!
1. Played all three witches from the scene in Macbeth - each in a different voice - by self in high school for a monologue at an art museum in front of a hundred people when I was in high school
2. Taught people who are starting and who run small businesses how to do research at a small business fair
3. Cross-dressed as a spartan for my costume, and was flashed naked breast by a female fan. To this I went up to the window and pretended to lick the nipple. What can I say? Chicks dig soldiers!

Yep on #2. Standard part of Army basic training.

However...

1. Started a machine gun range on fire with a .50 caliber machine gun.

2. Been paid real cash money for a choreographed rapier duel as the between-executives-entertainment for the annual meeting of a tampon company.

The fire we started at Camp Ripley was started by one of those percussion smoke grenade things used for training. Luckily there were people with us who learned from the previous year's mistakes and they'd thrown all the fire extinguishers from the bunkhouse in the truck "just in case"

Kind of related: I was in a building where a precussion/smoke grenade was used to stun the occupants of the apartment below mine before breaking down the door and arresting all 8 of them. It was 4am. That was one helluva way to wake up. XD

Well, I can't say that I;ve done any of them, but my wife, salixmom has. She represented her state (twice!) at ISEF! And won the grand prize! I don't remember the details, but she certainly does. =)

Your new #2 reminds me of something I did that none of my friends has, as far as I know.

My photo was on the back of the official Wisconsin State road map, you know the ones that you can pick up free at rest areas and tourist info desks? Well, it was a small photo of me and my dad, mostly my dad, dressed in Buckskinner garb at the Saukville Rendezvous, next to a blurb about Wisconsin tourism.
