As yet another child of the 80's (okay, 60's and 70's, but the top-40 listening was mostly in the 80's) I guess...all the ones that have previously been guessed. And James Marsters. And #9...I wanna say it's somebody like Richard Marx or Sly Fox, but I'm not sure a clearer photo would help. I need to Windex my braincells.

#9 is indeed Sly Fox. When that one hit wonder came up on my iPod I expected that it would go unguessed. You wouldn't believe how hard it was to find a photo of them! I had to go with a still from a YouTube video!
