Pictures from the Coulton show

The light guy was prepared. When JoCo started singing Ikea, the stage lights were blue and yellow.
















In my last post I had mentioned that Neil Gaiman came to the concert. Neil is a fan of Coulton. Coulton is a fan of Neil. So after the concert the other Sharon made sure that they got introduced to each other. Then, once everyone was out of the theater but the musicians, Neil and his friend, and us, we were chatting for a while and then got pictures.

This shot is of Paul, Neil, Storm, and Jonathan.

Paul and Storm posted it and wrote about it here, in their blog.

And Sharon the Birdchick posted this picture that Rick took of the two of us with the guys:

Umm, so I'm guessing you'll hate me even more when I tell you that I've actually met him twice before, but this was the first time not in a comic/geek environment. The other Sharon is actually really good friends with him.

Sharon, did you shoot these photos prior to the show, or get some kind of special arrangement to shoot photos?

Cause if not, these are clearly some of the best "live shots" I've ever seen. If you haven't already, contact JoCo and send him some.

Nope, just shot during the show! The lighting in the theater was actually really good for photos and I was up pretty close to the stage.
Thanks for the compliments! I am planning to send the pictures to him once I've had a chance to go through all of them to remove the bad ones and blurry ones. JoCo's already got the after-show ones with Neil.
