Dudes! Do you British folk seriously eat Jaffa Cakes??? I just looked up what the hell they are on Wikipedia and only have one word to say about the food described: EEEEWWWWWWWWW!!!!! They sound nasty! English folk are weird!
My favorite bit of that is imagining a bunch of periwigged judges deliberating cake v. biscuit.
They also argued that the distinction between cakes and biscuits is simply that biscuits go soft when stale, whereas cakes go hard. It was demonstrated that Jaffa Cakes become hard when stale and McVitie's won the case.[5]
