I've finally gotten around to putting the pics from
dragonsden &
mhuot's 4th of July party up. There be fireworks pictures there. And cute monkeys. And I wrote my name with a sparkler.

Date: 2007-07-20 08:12 am (UTC)I have to remember to set my ISO to a lower number when photographing fireworks, like you did. I used ISO 1600.
My fireworks had much less of the really nice, fine detail like yours. And mine showed a lot more smoke from the previous burst which just sort of muddied up the image.
I did take photos more rapidly than you did, which makes a cool show when you view it as a slide show.
Oh. And the images of the kids with the hats are really well done!
