I was looking at apple laptops at the weekend. Saw an ibook on offer for £799, reduced from £1100. Only problem was that it didn't have a floppy drive - K needs one as she transfers work from home to work on them. I suggested email and she visibly shuddered. Her work network can't cope, apparently.
Oh, you might know - how easy is it to transfer files from pc to mac (thinking Word/Excel spreadsheets)?
