UNC was ahead of Georgetown for pretty much the entire game but Georgetown tied it up to go into overtime. Then they soundly trounced UNC! Yay!
I know. It's odd for me to care about college basketball, but Georgetown winning means that I called ALL FOUR final four teams correctly!! I can't wait to see the pool standings tomorrow because I'm sure I've moved up a bit!
Now UCLA needs to beat Florida and Georgetown needs to beat Ohio State. That will make for a very happy HellZiggy.

Well see, if I had known that before making my completely random, know nothing about college basketball picks, I could have gone for a FL/OH final game...
The only reason I even care about basketball in March is that the pool I enter is a decent size. There's $725 dollars in the pot that breaks down to $435, $217.50, and $72.50 for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. So just the fact that I've got the final 4 picked right means I've got a chance at the money!
(but if it does come down to Florida instead of UCLA I'll root for your Gators, k?)
