Semi-live Oscar updates.

Naomi Watts has an ugly dress.
Unfortunate facial hair for Paul Giametti
Michelle Williams' dress is beautiful other than the collar.
Keanu is starting to look old.

Agreed on NW's dress, but....even so...it's Naomi Watts! *drool*
I think Poor PG just doesn't have successful facial hair, no matter what. Thank goodness he's such an outstanding actor!
Ohh, I missed MW. *more drooling*
I thought Keanu looked okay. It's about time he started looking old!
Clooney's a rascal!
Yeah, I agree about TH. Creeeepy...
Jen looks great tonight! *yes, more drooling*

Was it just me or was the Memorium section a bit different this year? Did it have less sentimental music, and was it rushed just a bit?

That being said - it was a good Oscar's night. And sans Beyonce tunes one after another - W00t!

I watched Constant Gardner in between commercial breaks, and then finished around 12:30 last night, after the Oscars. Um - - good movie. Creepy with an ending which actually surprised me. It was worth seeing.

I am SO happy Crash won.

Now I just need a few more movies to come out on video.

Speaking of which... I got it, I got it. Major Motion Picture Assoc. wants us to spend more money and go see all these films on the big screen... Yes, got the message already. *grin*

*ditto* Creative. Spooky because I'm certain it is based in truth. Not one I need to see again unless in an educational setting of some sort -- much like North Country. North Country was excellent, but it left me feeling like I had gone through a ringer.
