RFB episode 1 is now up for download! The last one was episode 0.
(Wil Wheaton's podcast, in case you are wondering what a Radio Free Burrito is)
Go. Download. Listen.

*edit*
And I forget the link... oops!

Talk about coinky-dinks! I actually downloaded 0 right after he put that up, then 1 right after he put that up, but I am only just now, as I type this, listening to 0. 20:41 into it. Good stuff!

He's just talking about your mood icon!

He's just now talking about your mood icon!

This confused me until I figure out that you are listening to 0, not 1. It's so cute that he totally geeks out too!

He's perfect for this medium, he is. But then...we knew that from the audiobook.

Ohh, you're gonna like RFB 1 -- it's fun!

So, at the end of the audiobook? The part where he's talking about copying music and stuff? Did you feel a little guilty too?

I don't recall what he'd said, but I am a HUGE advocate of supporting artists (witness the photo of part of my CDs collection, posted not too long ago). Now, I'm no angel, I'll admit that (witness the audiobook, about which I do feel some guilt). But I have spent big bucks in support of artists over time (and continue to do so).

So, um, yeah...was that what he was talking about? (I really don't recall.)

yeah, that's what he was talking about. I don't remember if you had a physical copy of the book yet or not, but Dave & I both had copies already of not just Just A Geek, but also Dancing Barefoot. It just wasn't financially realistic for us to each drop $35 for the audio version of a book we had both already paid about $20 for already. But I still feel a little guilty about sharing a download.
And three people going in on the cost is quite a bit different than putting the audio out on bittorrent for everyone and his dog to download. :)

Yeah, and I also made a commitment that if I liked the audiobook, I would buy the hard copy.

I'll be buying the hard copy. :-)

You haven't listened to 0 yet?

I've just started on 1. [checks] Oh, 11 minutes in. It goes by so quickly! Which is a good thing.
