Got it! I had a coworker once who was a smoker, and she dragged me along on her smoke breaks for the same reason - she knew I wouldn't take a break otherwise, and she felt that if she got time to go take a smoke break, I should get time to take a social break ;)
But I don't have any coworker friends that smoke now, so I usually forget to take breaks ;P
Plus, when it is 500 degrees below zero in January I don't have an addiction making me go out so I can skip those ones! Yeah, non-smoker here. My 18 years of 2 packs a day second hand via Mom was more than enough, thank you very much!
My mother still insists that smoking isn't bad for you, it's just propaganda. Of course this is a woman with a ton of the signs of clinical depression and of her three children two have depression and two have ADD/ADHD, but it couldn't be genetic... Masters degree in computer programming yet she just shuts her brain off when it comes to certain things...
