This post is really the first I've heard of all this. A friend of mine had warned me to be on my best driving behavior (which is strange, because I drive like a grandma) because the cops were going to be on high alert this week due to the RNC. Other than that, I've kind of been like an ostrich with its head in the sand. But this post has made me curious to see what is going on in my "hometown"...
