We've actually been very happy with our DirecTV/DirecTiVo combination. It was purely a financial decision. We had to switch our Comcast digital phone from the one we've had for years to a different Comcast digital phone service. I really don't know what the difference is. So when we were looking into that we found that doing a bundle of the three services would save us some money and boost our internet speed. If we can't get used to the TiFaux interface on their system or if we just hate it we will be buying a new TiVo box and going that route again though.
