I watched all of the Scott Baio show, too. I stuck it out mainly to see when Scott would ditch Johnny V. Another show that I watched was "Flipping Out".
A lot of people look down on reality shows, but I think they are fine if you treat them the same as scripted shows. I like to think of them as improv. I go into them knowing that the scenes have scripted or manipulated to some extent.
