I love caffeine, I don't want to quit it. I am however dialing down my intake of such beverages by not drinking Pepsi Max on weekdays and only drinking max. 3 cups of coffee a day.
It's actually going better than I thought but I do have strong cravings for my beloved Pepsi Max!
And clearly the Ritalin people are just plain evil!
