Lois -- totally, totally shaggable, but can be annoying as hell.
Lana -- always had a crush on her, so yes on the shaggable -- but can be annoying, as well.
Chloe -- well, I wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating crackers, but just the same, she can be kind of annoying at times....
