The program I'm using is called Bits on Wheels. http://www.bitsonwheels.com/ I've been really happy with it. During season 2 of Doctor Who when there were a ton of people seeding the shows I got pretty good download times. The site I usually look for the torrents at is: http://www.isohunt.com/ The main thing to look for in a torrent is that lots of people are seeding it. If only one or two are and they turn off their computer you might not get the whole file.
