Lingonberries - You spelled it correctly. If he has not tried it yet, tell hellbob to make a pancake with about 3 times the eggs. It will be flatter (a crepe basically). Spread butter and sugar on it, and roll it up. Then spread lingonberries on it. That is the Swedish way to eat a pancake! I figure, you gus introduced us to...Povitica (spelling?) and so I can introduce you to lingonberry use. Of course, they are excellent with Swedish Meatballs, but you will have already discovered that.
