When we learned about blood types in grade school, I found out I was O+. I just always remembered that (I mean, how do you forget? It's like forgetting your eye color...) and just assumed that at some point in everyone's life, they were made aware of their blood type.
I've since learned that it's more common for someone NOT to know their blood type.
