Disappointing Wins: Swank in Best Actress --even though she deserved it in Boys Don't Cry

Million Dollar Baby --Best Movie...I guess....?
Happy About: Original Screenplay -Spotless Mind...weird...
Best Supporting Actor -Morgan Freeman --who DIDN'T want him to win!?
Best Actor -Jamie Foxx --Ray I loved Leo as going crazy Howard Hughes -a wonderful performance, but I still expected Foxx to get this
Best Song - “Al Otro Lado Del Río” from “The Motorcycle Diaries” -I am SO glad it wasn't that sappy "Believe" from Polar Express!!
Best Supporting Actress -Cate Blanchett --she was pretty good as Hepburn
Best Documentary --Although I did not see it, I am very glad they chose Born Into Brothels over SuperSize Me. Supersize Me had all the ratings but was not very scientific...hey, if you are VERY fit and all of a sudden completely stop exercising, you will get a bit more fat from all that muscle! They needed somebody with somewhat more moderate exercise habits --or someone who would keep up his exercise habits. Not that I condone eating at Micky D's all day long! Also, Born Into Brothels was very gutsy and was a story needing to be told.
