Today's good things:

I made it to work on time. That's 3 out of 3 so far this week!
Bill gave me a free iTunes bottle cap.
The turkeys are still hanging out in Golden Valley. This amuses me.
The week is half over.
I love hellbob
Movie plans are in the works to see The Aviator with notmonochrome (and we're even going to let the boys come with if they want to)
This semester's classes are soooper low stress
I own Angel Season 5 & all its Angel/Spike flirting bickering glory. And it has Puppet!Angel.


The bad:
I am still coughing up little baby aliens from my lungs. The DayQuil has not scared them off yet. Shoo! Go away! You shall not conquer Earth! You can have Mercury. It's kind of boring anyway!

baby alien lung

Little baby aliens in your lungs sounds pretty bad, but do you know what they really don't like? They really hate a concoction of juice of 4 lemons simmered over heat with 4 cloves of garlic. Yummmmm. JK This stuff tastes unbelievable. But it really works for lung guppies -er, I mean baby alien lung. You simmer the garlic -I have helped it along in the past by baking the garlic first, but the recipe was meant for its raw form to be simmered. Once it is all gelatinized, you then drink it like tea, take a hot bath to help it sort of soak in or something, and then go to bed. I guarantee your chest aliens will have been sent packing. Then again, any creature in your vicinity after drinking this will have been sent packing!

Oh, and Aviator was very good.
