Unfortunately the double-edged sword of the American W/Disabilities Act is that your employer has to be informed of the disability for you to have protection. So when it is a "hidden" disability you have to figure out the right point to mention it. Too soon and you may not get hired (for a different reason, of course), wait too long & they say "why do you need accomodations? You've been doing fine. There's nothing wrong with you"
