hellziggySchool started on Monday, which is why I haven't been around much. I'll pretty much have no life on Mon, Wed, & Thurs until Christmas or so. But, at the end of the semester I'll know Quark, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.

dragonsden's post about license plates she saw today (including the GOZTO11 one) reminded me about the one I saw a few weeks ago: ICNIVAD
The trailer for the Farscape mini series is up at apple.com. I can not frelling wait for this!!
So far there have been people I know in both my classes I've had. Also, lots of familiar faces. This is one of the things I really love about the Graphic Design program at MCTC. It's a good program and the atmosphere encourages you to get to know your classmates.
Jill is in my photoshop class & when we were chatting she admitted that she is up to season 5 on Buffy. For those of you who were over for the last Angel, she is the girl who had never watched any Buffy or Angel before that, and she insisted that she would never get hooked. *evil laugh* mwah ha ha */evil laugh*
hellbob's diabetes has been coming along really well. He's almost down to human blood sugar levels. Apparently I'm not the only one who gave in to curiosity and checked my blood sugar with his little doodad (98). He said that both mhuot and akdar checked theirs tonight at Fuddruckers. He finally has an appointment with the dietician to find out how he's supposed to be eating.
There are pictures from our weekend at the cabin up on dreamflyte.com, and when I'm feeling a little less lazy I will put them in my journal.
HB & I are headed up north on Friday forkaldeth's brother's wedding on Saturday. Rick had to laugh at the map to the church that was in the invitation, since they are getting married in the church that he lived across the alley from for most of his life. In fact, he once had a friend in college who didn't have his address send him a letter addressed to Rick (Last Name), the white house behind the Catholic church, Chisholm, MN, (zip code) and it got to him!
I still haven't gotten my books from the book store, because they haven't gotten a confirmation of funds from my financial aid. This bites! According to the web site my FA is ready to be paid out, so why can't I charge against it?? So I will be using my stash of 20% coupons for Borders to get my books. It's cheaper than the bookstore, but I have to pay real money.
I finally got my Adobe Creative Suite ordered, so in a couple days I should be all modernized and stuff!
I think that's about it. If I go to bed right now, I'll actually be in bed before midnight.
