So sad

Andrew Koenig's body was found today. "My son took his own life," Walter Koenig said at a news conference in the park.
So sad. He had so many people who cared for him and who were looking for him, but the depression had such a hold of him that he couldn't see it.

I saw that. Awful. Depression I think, is insidious because it won't let itself be helped. Poor guy. I can't imagine being so depressed that you want to take your own life.

I know. I've suffered from depression my whole life, but it's never been that severe. I can't even imagine.

Oh no! How awful! I was praying that they'd find him hiding away somewhere, feeling low but SAFE AND SOUND. His poor family. :(

I know. I was really hoping for the same thing, but I was afraid it would end like this. There were just too many of the signs, like selling all his stuff and traveling to see different friends for short visits. It's just so sad.
