I've never seen an avain loon myself (seen a few of the more common vareity !). I have seen a friend's slides of blue footed boobys, which have equally amsusing names.
Those are lovely! I've never actually seen a loon, just hear their call. I like the pictures where a bit of the sun's setting rays add some cool coloring to the picture. :)
