Not so much work. Now that I know what I'm doing I can whip one out in about 2-3 movies time. The beauty of it being a Jayne hat is that tiny imperfections don't have to be fixed!

Just had a head measuring session with the boy. Mine's 20". His is 23". As you can probably guess, we don't share hats.
