I'm pretty sure that they have subliminal messages in the Gilmore Girls DVDs, because I always intend to watch just one episode. Next thing I know I've watched all the episodes on the disc & I'm ready to send it back to Netflix to get the next one. Sleep isn't really that necessary anyway, is it?
