That is Daniel. He's from the Sandman comic book, written by the imcomparable Neil Gaiman. He first appears in one of the last issues, and the artist of that particular picture is Michael Zulli.
If you have a library worth a darn out there you should be able to get the Sandman series of Graphic Novels. The entire 75 issues series is available in trade paperback form, with issues 1-8 collected in one called Preludes & Nocturnes
It's good stuff. Go read it!

I have heard of Sandman many many times, but I admit I have not read it yet.
