Ok, enough with the rain already! According to Belinda Jenson, Weather Chick, it has rained 15 of the last 18 days. (Or maybe it was 16...) Enough! I need sunshine! And, as others have stated, if we are going to have Seattle weather we want the pretty mountains & yummy fresh seafood too!
The government can now track me much easier... I've got a MNPass transponder in the car. I don't really need it right now, but in just noticing the traffic flow changes this week I realised that it will probably be neccessary when school starts again. When I go from work to school I travel almost the entire 394 corridor from 494 to the Dunwoody exit, just shy of 94. Now I will be able to zooooooom past everyone as I drive in the left lane and get to school on time.

I know it's a ploy to get more people to use the transponders and get more money, but I can't use the bloody things. There's no HOV lane between my house in south Minneapolis and my (soon to be) workplace at 394 & Xenia Av/Park Place. And yet, I get to contend with all the traffic. Argh!

Doesn't matter - I travel a path that will probably never get one 35 (n) -> 35W (n) -> 62 (w) -> 169 (n) -> 55, and of course, back...

I really hate that they made it a 24 hour thing!!! And those double white lines make me claustrophobic. And... how will we know where to enter and exit the lane when winter comes???

One of THE most basic functions of government is building roads. It is a community thing, it should not have fees on it. I hate the whole concept. It adds complexity, confusion, irritation, and class distinction between those that can afford it and those that can't.

Ohh, a tracking device...that is cool...having to pay to use the roads that you already paid for is just poopy.
