I've got an e-mail from a made up name (Sabates Dekruif) that is back-dated so that it is scootched down my inbox with the subject of "Longer, harder, faster"
Should I open it? I'm sure it is very important!

Yes, I know, spam is pretty much unavoidable, but I had actually kept it to a minimum, even in my "junk mail" address. And most of what I got I knew where it came from - I'm a sucker for entering online sweepstakes' . Which is why I have a junk mail address. And Hellbob can't mock me for entering them, ever since I won us that trip to Hollywood last January! :)
