At work on a Saturday...

Ugh. Hate being at work on Saturday.
iPod with audiobooks does make it a little better though.
I saw three hawks on my way in today!! It's been almost a month since I've seen one perching on a light pole.

The usual...mandatory fucking overtime! We had to do 4 hours by Tues & I'm sure as hell not gonna do it in a no overtime pay week.
BTW, I'm not gonna be there on Monday cuz I had 8 hours of unscheduled vacation time & Gayle has 13 so they opened up Friday, Monday and Tuesday late in the day on Thursday. Gayle wanted to wait because Carla will most likely not be able to use all that she has scheduled, but I didn't want to take a chance on losing it so I took Monday.

I see......we asked Pearl if the Mandatory OT applied to us, but she didn't really give us a straight answer. Basically her reply was that if we wanted to keep the keying at Ops to do for OT than we could.....what she isn't taking into consideration is that we are also playing catch up. The big mailings are finally coming in. GRRRR....
