Have you seen the tv commercial w/Tony Shaloub as Monk and Anthony Michael Hall as Johnny Smith from Dead Zone? It's great! Monk has OCD and doesn't like to touch people and Johnny has to touch people to get a reading. "So do you have to hold on to them, or can you just poke?" hee hee. It made me giggle.

It didn't feel so hot outside until I started mowing! Yup, it's summer!

Have you seen Coke's new product? C2, half the carbs, all the taste. Comparing the labels with Coke & Diet Coke, I'm pretty sure they just took and mixed the two together.

Can I say how much I HATEHATEHATE the low-carb thing? I want to throw potatoes at everyone on the Atkins diet.

Also, J keeps telling me about that commercial. He loves it. I want to see it. *pout*

I would get one, but since I'm overweight it would actually force more people onto Atkins! Do all these low carb people believe that the food pyramid is just plain wrong? Grr. idiots. Weight loss is theoretically simple: more calories out than in.

Oh, I so do need that t-shirt! Although it wouldn't do me much good now. I don't go out much, and no longer know anyone on the Atkins. At my last job, however, I think I was the only person in the marketing department NOT on the Atkins. It would have been perfect.

Yeah, there's just something warped and twisted about a diet where you are encouraged to choose deep fried pork rinds over an apple!! When I heard that Atkins died I was so so so hoping it was a heart attack!

It's pretty cool - it's not something I would drink every day because I'd still rather have the 0 calories of diet...but occassionally I really want the full thing, and then regret it afterwards because it's too sweet and syrupey...when I tried C2, I was pleasantly surprised - not as heavy as the fully leaded stuff, but also doesn't taste diet to me.
